Assist special guests, keynote speakers, and vendors with check-in, booth support, catering needs, and general hospitality.

Assemble tables, booths, and signage before opening, or dismantle equipment, organize inventory, and pack up after closing.

Welcome and verify business delegates, direct professional guests to B2B areas, and support networking meetings and appointments.

Welcome VIP guests, manage guest lists and arrivals, guide invitees, and support reception flow and hospitality throughout the evening.

Seating & Guest Flow

Prepare backstage areas, coordinate models and designers, manage seating and guest flow, and support runway timing and transitions.

Calm under pressure; punctual; comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Important Volunteer Information

Minimum Age: All volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Orientation: Volunteers must attend a mandatory 20-minute briefing before their shift.
Check-in: Volunteers must report to the Volunteer Desk upon arrival.
Service Hours: Service hour letters can be provided upon request.
Attire: Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required. A volunteer t-shirt will be provided.
Screening: Roles involving children and youth require background clearance.
Operations & Logistics: Some roles may involve lifting up to 25 lbs.
